The Power of Technology

What we have to offer may positively impact your company’s bottom line at a corporate national level while taking the waste tire and new tire manufacturing industry to the next generation. Tire manufacturing companies face an ongoing problem of disposing of the waste tires produced when people need to change out their worn-out tires for new tires. We are presently targeting large tire manufacturing companies which would have a significant positive global impact.

For the last 50 + years the only technology for disposing of waste tires has been shedding of the tires where the whole tire is grinded up into pieces of rubber, steel and fiber and disposed of in landfills where over time produces contamination to the water table, air, and fills up landfills. Additionally, a significant portion of waste tires are used as TDF (Tire Derived Fuel) where they are burned to supplement fuel cost, however this presents an air contamination issue.

There are some companies that will further process, including the shedding/grinding companies, the rubber pieces into crumb rubber for applications such as playgrounds, roads, sport fields etc. However, these applications are limited for reasons such as the economics of doing this are very poor and these companies rely on disposal tipping fees to be viable. Additionally, the shedding operations themselves produce potential ground water and air emission contamination. Additionally, they also produce a high risk of fire and explosion as history has proven with many operations resulting in explosions and fires polluting the atmosphere with furans and dioxins.

We have created a technology process that brings the disposal of waste tires into the 21st century related to not only meeting and exceeding the environmental requirements but also producing a financial opportunity for tire manufacturing companies. The end product produced by our company from a waste tire has the characteristics that of Synthetic rubber (SBR) which as you know is the main component (feedstock) in the manufacturing of new tires therefore a large percentage of our product can go right back into the manufacturing of new tires reducing companies cost of goods and also stabilizing the commodity price as we are not subject to the volatile commodity market for Synthetic rubber.
